1. Introduction
Welcome to Mokn ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use the Mokn mobile application ("App"). Your privacy is critically important to us. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you signify your full acceptance of the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any aspect of this policy, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is designed for and offered exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly solicit or collect any information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide, improve, secure, and moderate our services.
- Account Information: When you register, we collect necessary data such as your chosen username, email address, and a hashed version of your password.

- Communications Data: If you contact our support team, we collect your email address and the content of our correspondence.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following legitimate business purposes:
- Service Provision & Operation: To create and manage your account, provide the core functionalities of the App, and ensure its technical operation and stability.
- Content Moderation & Safety Enforcement: To actively monitor, review, filter, and remove User-Generated Content to enforce our strict Community Standards, prevent abuse, and maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
- Communication: To communicate with you about your account, send you important service-related announcements (e.g., maintenance updates, policy changes), and respond to your support inquiries.
- Improvement & Analytics: To analyze aggregated usage trends, understand how users interact with the App, diagnose technical problems, and conduct research and development to improve, personalize, and enhance the user experience, safety features, and content moderation tools.

- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information for marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We engage reputable third-party vendors and partners to perform essential services on our behalf. These include cloud hosting providers, data analytics services, customer support platforms, and crucially, content moderation service providers. All such partners are contractually bound to protect your data, use it solely for the purposes we specify, and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with a legal obligation, such as a subpoena, court order, or request from law enforcement; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Mokn; (iii) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App; (iv) protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public; or (v) protect against legal liability.
- Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, your information may be among the transferred assets. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the App of any change in ownership or uses of your information.
- With Your Consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Our Zero-Tolerance Community Standards
You retain any ownership rights you hold in your UGC. However, by submitting UGC to the App, you grant Mokn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, distribute, and publicly perform such content for the limited purposes of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the App and researching and developing new services.
The Mokn community is built on respect and safety. We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against all forms of harmful, abusive, or offensive content and behavior. You are solely and entirely responsible for all UGC you post. You hereby covenant and agree that you will NOT, under any circumstances, create, upload, post, transmit, broadcast, store, or share any UGC that, in our sole judgment:
- Is Sexually Explicit or Obscene: Contains pornography, explicit depictions of sexual acts, full nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexually suggestive content involving minors, or content that facilitates sexual solicitation or exploitation.
- Depicts Extreme Violence or Gore: Contains gratuitous depictions of graphic violence, extreme injury, mutilation, torture, suicide, self-harm, animal cruelty, or content that is shockingly graphic, grotesque, or intended to disgust, terrorize, or cause severe emotional distress.

This includes, but is not limited to: the use, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances; illegal weapons use; acts of terrorism; human trafficking; or gambling.
- Constitutes Hate Speech or Discrimination: Incites, promotes, or glorifies hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. Political rhetoric or symbols used primarily to express such hatred are expressly prohibited.
- Is Harassing or Abusive: Is intended to harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, dox (publish private information), blackmail, shame, or maliciously embarrass a specific individual or group.
- Infringes on Rights: Violates or infringes upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.
- Is Deceptive or Fraudulent: Is knowingly false, defamatory, libelous, or misleading, or impersonates another person or entity in a deceptive manner.
We employ a combination of automated systems and human moderators to enforce these standards. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, screen, edit, block, or remove any UGC at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Violations of these Community Standards will result in immediate action, including the removal of content and the suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the App.
7. Data Security
We implement and maintain a comprehensive information security program incorporating technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your information. Measures include encryption of data in transit (using TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, or legal obligations). Criteria used to determine retention periods include: the nature of the information, the purpose for which it is processed, legal obligations, and the ongoing necessity of the data for providing our services. When we no longer need to process your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
